By using this website or booking a service with JGDrafts, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

About JGDrafts

JGDrafts provides architectural services across the UK, including:

• Measured surveys using Matterport

• Floor plans, elevations, and site plans

• 3D modelling and architectural renders

Online booking is available through this website.

Bookings

• Bookings are automatically confirmed via email after submission.

• JGDrafts reserves the right to cancel any booking at our discretion, including if site access or safety is a concern.

• Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information during booking.

Site Access and Safety

• You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

• If a site or area is considered unsafe, hazardous, or inaccessible, we may choose not to survey that portion.

• If access is not possible and we do not receive communication within 30 minutes of arrival, we reserve the right to leave the site and apply a cancellation charge, including travel and a half-day fee.

Estimates and Invoicing

• Prices shown during booking are estimates based on location, property size, and service type.

• The final price is calculated and issued via invoice after the job.

• By booking, you agree to pay the final invoiced amount, even if it differs from the estimate.

• Invoices are due within the stated terms (typically 7–14 days).

Waiting and Delays

• We will wait up to 30 minutes if you or your contact is delayed.

• If access is not granted and no communication is received, we reserve the right to leave and apply a cancellation fee.

Matterport Surveys and Accuracy

• Our measured surveys use Matterport 3D scanning, which generates a digital twin of the property.

• Architectural drawings (e.g., floor plans, elevations) are manually traced from this model.

• While highly accurate for spatial and visual purposes, minor discrepancies may occur.

• These outputs are not construction-level technical surveys. You must verify suitability for your specific use (e.g., planning or documentation).

Ownership and Usage

• All deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

• You may use the drawings and materials for any personal, business, planning, or commercial purpose.

• JGDrafts retains the right to display anonymised versions of completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or denied access may incur a cancellation fee, including travel and a half-day charge.

Liability

• JGDrafts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., planning delays or errors based on interpretation of our deliverables).

• Clients are responsible for confirming the materials meet their project needs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
