We provide accurate existing condition drawings based on our on-site Matterport surveys. This includes floor plans, site plans, and external elevations as required. Plans are produced in AutoCAD and can be delivered in DWG or PDF format, with custom title blocks and layouts available to match your company’s standards.

Our typical workflow involves one day on site for scanning, followed by a day of processing and then drawing. We aim for quick turnaround without compromising accuracy. Elevations are produced using survey data combined with extra site measurements to ensure dependable external detailing.
